Cornwall’s one and only city, Truro is known to locals as “Our Great Little City” and for good reason!

Featuring in the Poldark novels, Truro once thrived as a river port. Today, the elegant Georgian town houses are a lovely backdrop to a still thriving Cornish centre.

The City is dominated by the magnificent gothic revival cathedral. Around the cathedral, you will find historic back streets that are home to many independent traders. There are also twice weekly farmers markets as well as a thriving year-long festival programme.
