Fabulous stay here! Lovely property, owners very welcoming and helpful. Not too far from anywhere – great for exploring Cornwall.

Fantastic cottage – couldn’t fault it. Home from home for all the family including the dog. Lots of beaches nearby and within easy reach of Truro, Falmouth and St Ives. Beautiful dog friendly beach with miles of sand in Porthkidney. Lovely boat trip form Falmouth.

I cannot recommend the Linhay highly enough. The house is perfect and the garden sunny and secure for a dog. The owner Louise is a wealth of information and always ready to help with anything you may need. We will definitely be returning to Cosawes Barton.

We’ve had a wonderfully relaxing holiday at the Linhay. …the cottage is just perfect, everything thought about an in place…..thank you Andy and Louise for such a cosy and warm place to stay.

Perfection! This was our second visit to Carvosso Mill and we have already booked our third! It really does tick every box.
